Invitotte

A Partiful alternative for Europe: invitations with no app and no account

Partiful made its name in the US for invitations between friends. If your guests are in the UK or elsewhere in Europe, here are the points worth checking, and what Invitotte offers.

Why look for a Partiful alternative in Europe?

Because the tool is designed first for an American audience. In Europe, what matters for your guests is replying easily, in their language, without creating an account or giving more information than necessary.

We don't quote prices for Partiful: no official figure is in our price check. Check its terms on its site.

What should you check before choosing an invitation tool?

What guests must do to reply, and what the tool does with their data. Those are the two things that differ most between tools.

  • Language of the page your guests see
  • Can guests reply with no account, no app, no mandatory phone number?
  • Are ads shown to guests?
  • How long replies and photos are kept
  • Price in euros, per event or by subscription

What does Invitotte offer?

An invitation by link, in English or French, that guests reply to in one tap with no account and no app. You track replies live, with plus-ones, a deadline and your questions.

On data: no ads, guest pages not indexed, photo album erased 3 days after the party, event and replies deleted 12 months after its date. More in GDPR and guest lists.

When might Partiful be the better choice?

If all your friends already use it, that's a strong argument: an invitation is also judged by what guests are used to. Its style is built around parties with friends, and some people like it for exactly that.

Invitotte is plainer: 12 themes, a card and replies. If you mainly want something simple and efficient for European guests, that's where it shines.

How much does Invitotte cost?

Free for up to 10 guests, €9.90 once for up to 150, €29.90 once for up to 500. No subscription for a party, and refunds within 14 days.

How do you invite friends from several countries?

Choose the invitation's language based on most of your guests: English or French. The card and reply page follow that language.

If your group is truly mixed, create two identical invitations, one per language, and send each person theirs. Guests add the event to their calendar in one tap and get directions to the venue, wherever they are. The link opens in any browser with no app to install, which matters when your friends don't all use the same apps.

Plus-ones, a deadline and your questions work the same way in both languages, so you can compare replies side by side in your dashboards.

How do you move your friends to a different tool?

You don't have to ask them to install anything: with Invitotte, they get a link and reply in their browser. That removes the main hurdle when switching tools.

For the first party, send the link with a line of explanation ("one-tap reply, no account"). If some reply elsewhere, by message or in person, enter their answer yourself in your dashboard so the list stays complete.
