How do you compare online invitation sites?

One your guests can open and reply to with no account, and whose replies you can track without paying. The rest (themes, guest numbers, logo, questions) depends on your party.

Check four things before choosing: how many guests are free, whether guests see ads, whether guests need an account or app, and what it costs once you go over the limit.

Which one suits your party?

For a small party of up to 10, Invitotte is free with RSVP tracking, plus-ones and one question. For 30 to 150 guests, Invitotte+ at €9.90 once is the cheapest option in this table.

What about free options that aren't invitation tools?

A WhatsApp poll, an online form or a Canva design can do the job, with limits. A poll is fine to see if five friends are free; it doesn't handle plus-ones, a deadline or an up-to-date card.

Where is Invitotte weaker?

What should you check before sending from any tool?

Open the invitation on your own phone, as a guest would, before sending it to everyone. Check the date, the time, the address and that replying works.

Then send it to one friend first. If they can reply in one tap without being asked to sign up, you've picked the right tool.
