Shared party photo album: every photo from the night, without chasing anyone

After a party, the photos sit on thirty different phones. A shared album brings them together: each guest uploads from the invitation link, and everyone can get everything.

How do you share photos from a party with all the guests?

The simplest way is a shared album, where everyone uploads their photos and gets everyone else's. Other options work too, but each has drawbacks.

Group chats often compress photos and mix them in with messages. A shared cloud folder often needs an account and stays online until someone deletes it. Invitotte's album is built for a party: no account, original quality, and temporary.

How does Invitotte's photo album work?

You turn it on in your invitation; it opens two hours before the event and stays open until three days after. During that time, anyone with the invitation link can upload and download photos.

The phone sends the original photo, as JPEG or PNG, plus a small thumbnail for display. Each guest can remove their own photos, and the host can remove any.

Why is the album erased after three days?

So photos from your party don't hang around online. Three days is enough for everyone to grab what they want, then everything is erased, files included.

Download the photos you want to keep before then. A countdown is shown in the album.

What if a photo bothers someone?

Guests can report a photo: after two reports, it's hidden from everyone except the host, who decides. The person who uploaded a photo can also remove it at any time.

For a kids' party, ask parents about photo consent in the invitation (see kids' party invitations online).

How many photos can you upload?

100 photos free, 1,000 with Invitotte+ (€9.90 once) and 3,000 with Big event (€29.90 once) or Pro. For a wedding, Big event fits best (see digital wedding invitations).

For a birthday, the album is set in the same invitation as the RSVPs: see online birthday invitations. And if you dig out old, damaged photos for the party, Souvenotte can restore them.

How do you download all the photos at once?

Open the album and choose to download everything: the photos are bundled into an archive, in one or several parts if the album is big. You can also pick them one by one.

If the album is large, do it on a computer or on Wi-Fi, since photos are in original quality. If a download fails, try again or download in smaller batches. Remind guests of the deadline too: a message the day after the party, with the album link, saves someone from finding out too late that everything has been erased.

Who should open the album: the host or a guest?

The host, since the album lives inside the invitation. Turn it on when you create the invitation or later in the settings.

On the day, any guest can share the album link in the group chat to remind others: everyone with the invitation link can upload and download.
